Sensational Salmon Salad

1 serving

-- 1 4 oz. filet of salmon without skin

-- 3 cups of lettuce/salad blend

-- 1/4 of an English Cucumber

-- 1/4 green pepper, chopped

-- 1 serving of fat free Caesar Salad Dressing

1. Grill salmon. I use my George Foreman Grill. Takes about 6-10 minutes.

2. Put aside and let cool.

3. Chop and slice pepper and cucumber. Prepare salad.

4. Flake salmon into salad.

5. Add dressing and toss.

6. Enjoy!
