(2-3 servings)

1 can artichoke hearts
1 can green beans
1 can diced onion and garlic tomatoes
a pinch of celery salt
garlic powder to taste

A pretty simple one here folks. Add all ingredients in a pan and cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Eat and enjoy! Only 315 calories for ALL of it and .5 grams of fat (in the tomatoes usually).
