JNo's Yummy Cobb Salad

(makes 1 serving)

1/4 cup Kraft Cheddar Fat Free Cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked well and crumbled
3 tiny Yukon gold potatoes, sliced in half and cooked till fork tender
½ avocado
1 hard boiled egg
4 [1 serving] Butterball Fat Free Turkey slices
½ bag of packaged salad blend
Ken’s Steak House Raspberry Pecan Fat Free Dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Put salad in a large bowl. Place each item [cheese, bacon, potatoes, avocado, egg and turkey] in a row next to another item. Top with dressing [usually 2 servings] and salt and pepper.

Takes about 15 minutes to cook eggs, bacon and potatoes – then 5 minutes to plate up. Only 550 calories and 14 grams of fat [take out the avocado or bacon and substitute if you like for less fat].

I don’t care for blue cheese or ranch dressing, but substitute what you like! This salad is really, really filling!
