Yum May Turkey Burgers and Fries

Makes 2-3 servings

-- 1 package of ground turkey breast (about 16 oz.)

-- spices like garlic, dried/chopped onion, Italian spice

-- barbeque sauce

-- 2 Hamburger buns

-- lettuce, tomato and/or onion

-- 20 steak fries and BAKE according to package

1. Bake fried for about 20 minutes and remember to turn once*

2. Combine meat and spices and form either into 2 8 oz. burgers or 3 smaller ones.

3. I cook these for about 6-10 minutes on my George Foreman Grill. NO fat drips!

4. Place on bun and add condiments.

5. Get fries out of the oven

6. Enjoy!

*steak fries have the least fat content and baking is far better than frying to cook them!
