Todd's Chocolate Frosting

Heat in sauce pan to boiling:
1/2 cup butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. Buttermilk
Remove from heat and stir in:
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 lb. Powdered sugar
