Peanut Butter Cake and Frosting

The Cake:

1/2 cup margarine
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk

Cream sugar and margarine, add peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake a 350 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost with peanut butter frosting.

The Frosting:

1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Cream margarine. Blend in peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Add powdered sugar alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy.

Note: If it's too much peanut butter for, make sure and try the peanut butter frosting on a chocolate cake or chocolate frosting on a peanut butter cake!
