Ornamental Oriental Spread

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2/3 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. bottled sweet and sour sauce
Sesame crackers

Spread cream cheese into 10 inch round serving plate. �

Combine remaining ingredients, except sweet and sour sauce. �

Spoon evenly over cream cheese to within 1/2 inch from edge. �Drizzle with sauce.
