Easy Baked Chicken

From Jenn I Am

makes 2 sevings

Ingredients:

-- 2 chicken breasts, trimmed and skinless

-- 1/4 can of LOW SODIUM chicken broth

-- 2 large carrots, cut into bite size pieces*

-- 2 stalks of celery, cut into bite size pieces

-- 1 can green beans, drained

-- 1 red pepper

-- lemon juice

-- spices

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a pyrex pan, add half of the chicken broth above.

3. Take chicken breasts and rub with your favorite spices. I usually use: garlic powder, parsley, oregano and some cayenne.

4. Put chicken in the pan and pour the rest of the broth on it, so some of the spice run off into the pan.

5. Add veggies.

6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is done.

7. Enjoy!

*note that you can substitute for any vegetable you like.
