Dixie Vegetable Soup

4 cup water
2 medium onion(s)
2 medium carrot(s)
1/4 head broccoli
1 1/2 Tbsp San-J Organic Whole Soybean Shoyu Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp peanut butter

Heat water in large pot. Add onions, carrots and broccoli stems and cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add shoyu and peanut butter to soup and cook 5 minutes more. Add broccoli tops and simmer for 3 minutes.
