Chicken Curry

2 C. frozen broccoli or streamed fresh broccoli
4-Chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1C mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon juice
Garlic powder to taste
1 tsp curry (I use a bit more)
1 C shredded cheddar (I use a bit more cheese too)
1 Cup dried bread crumbs
Butter
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Layer cooked chicken and broccoli in a 9x 13 pan. Stir together soup, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, curry, water chestnuts and cheese. Pour over top of broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

Bake 350. 30-40 minutes.

Serve over rice.
