Dice and mix the following:

5 medium to large tomatoes (the firmer the better)
1/4 - 1/2 bunch cilantro (to your liking)
1 red onion
1 bunch green onions
1 tbsp. jalapeno peppers

Add:

1 Tbsp. oregano
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Store, covered in a glass bowl in fridge for up 5 days.
