Pumpkin Fluff

container of fat free cool whip (defrosted)
15 oz can of unsweetened pureed pumpkin
box sugar free instant pudding mix
1/2 to 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 packets splenda/equal

mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. add pumpkin. mix well. fold in cool whip.

It makes 4 - 3 pt servings.

Note: I haven't tried this one yet but hear great things about in from the WW boards. I'll be picking up vats of fat free cool whip this week!
