Honey Jumbles

4 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1 cup honey
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 drops anise flavoring
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups powdered sugar
Water

Mix all ingredients 2 through 10 in large bowl
Add flour a little at a time
Roll out dough and cut with a doughnut cutter
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
For frosting brown 3 tbsp. butter, add enough powdered sugar to spread. If too thick, add water.
