Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cheeseball

1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2c real butter
1/4tsp vanilla
3/4c powdered sugar
2TBSP brown sugar
3/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4c chopped pecans
Graham crackers or graham cracker sticks

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter & vanilla until fluffy.

Gradually add sugar and brown sugar , beating just until combined.

Stir in chocolate chips (my mixer has bread dough hooks, I use them for the chocolate chips so they dont break, but if you dont have dough hooks, used a spoon, or your hands). Refrigerate 2 hours.

Shape into a ball, refrigerate one more hour. Just before serving, roll ball into pecans to coat the outside if you desire, or you can mix them in with the chocolate chips.

Serve with Graham crackers, or Graham cracker sticks

*Its important to use real butter in this recipe or it won't turn out
right.*
