Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

From The Kitchen Of MN Lady

1 (18.25 oz) pkg chocolate fudge cake mix
1 (3.9 oz) pkg chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/3 cup oil
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate milk
1 pkg milk chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, sour cream, eggs, and chocolate milk in large bowl. Fold in chocolate chips. Batter will be thick. Spoon into greased 10 in bundt pan, bake for 1 hour at 350. (In this most recent one, I used canola oil and light sour cream to make it SLIGHTLY less ass-fattening)

For the ganache/frosting I use:
1 cup heavy cream
1 pkg milk chocolate chips

Bring cream JUST to a boil, remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips, pour over cooled or cooling cake.
