Bruschetta

baguette loaves
fresh mozzarella
roma tomatoes
fresh basil
olive oil
Salt & Pepper (kosher salt and fresh ground pepper is the best)

Sorry about the lack of ingredient amounts. What you need to do is have a slice of mozzarella and tomato for every slice of baguette that you use. I'm generous with the basil because I love it. You can adjust according to taste.

Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into very thin slices. Chop basil.

Slice baguettes into thin slices and lay out on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in 350 oven for approximately 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven and put 1 slice of mozzarella per slice of baguette. Let cool and add tomato slices and basil. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
