Apple Crisp

3 cups sliced apples
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour

Mix apples, sugar and flour. Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking pan.

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cups flour

Mix brown sugar, butter, oatmeal and flour; pat on top of apple mixture. Sprinkle lemon juice over all if apples are not very juicy. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.

Makes 9 servings.
